Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to the SC EMS Network or faxed to the Network at 843-662-9444 prior to the Symposium. Cancellations received prior to March 1, 2012 will receive a full refund minus a $20 handling fee. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER March 14, 2012. Substitutions only will be allowed after March 14, 2012. No registrations will be accepted by mail after March 20, 2012. Registrations after March 20 must be submitted at the conference registration desk.

Photo Release:
The South Carolina EMS Network reserves the right to use photos taken of participants during Symposium related events for future brochures and promotional materials for the Symposium.

Continuing Education (CE) Credit:
The SC EMS Division of DHEC will provide continuing education credit for South Carolina EMS personnel.

Application has been made to the North Carolina Office of EMS for recognition of continuing education credit issued at the South Carolina Emergency Care Symposium.

Application has been made to the Georgia Office of Emergency Medical Services recognition of continuing education credit issued at the South Carolina Emergency Care Symposium.
